Return and Refund Policy – Thyseed Kuwait

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

• You may return unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, baby bottles, nipples, pacifiers, and any feeding products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
• The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending anything back.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product).
